Well Pre Admission all done Tuesday 27 November 2007
on November 27, 2007 5:07 pm

Today I completed my pre admission and am ready to go asked the Dr about eating and drinking or some diet before hand and he said nothing. Just do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before. Thats it. Hummm I guess I am pretty lucky none of the other junk. I am so excited I am so ready to love my RNY. Tomorrow I just clean my house so that I do not come home to a huge mess (I know I will ) My husband is pretty bad in the kitchen....LOL but hey its part of his charm.

I realized why I didn't feel supported in the RNY room all the drama people came out of the woodwork when I posted a Good Bye post. They suggest I simply ignore post I don't like but felt the need to inform me they hated these types of post. Interesting they are the first to tell me to ignore post I don't like but they can not seem to take their own advise. This is officially the last post of this kind I will make I refuse to allow someone to tell me how the RNY has save their life and is the best thing that has ever happened to them but for some reason insist on tainting others experience. I say to all the pre op haters Remember the day you were a pre op? How would you have felt if you were cheated they same way you cheat pre ops today. SHAME ON YOU.

All the girls who are truly supporter of this process "I LOVE YOU" and look forward to Thursday when the space on the losers bench has one more butt to fill it.

On Thursday I truly get to say
I LOVE MY RNY

Ill post a bit tomorrow then its going to be a short night because of my long up coming day.

ON Thursday I will be having my surgery and I have a lot to do. I can't think of anything right now but I know I do. I am on my way to a new and better life. Not sure why I am not nervous but oh well my adventure will bring me extreme happiness and health. Two out of three ain't bad. so to my friends out there who are having their Surgery before the new year I say this to you.

Merry Christmas!!!!

We will all be able to divert the very 1st Thanksgiving because next year we will be able to eat pretty much what we want with smaller portions but hey look at it this way we get to have thanksgiving meal 3-6 times in one day. Same for Christmas. We will be on mushy foods so thats ok we can blend or Christmas meal but imagine how good it will taste next year. I already love my RNY and I am happy I found the people on the Tennessee Board they have supported me 100X's more than the other board. They truly live up to the Volunteer name. Thank You all! To the others on the RNY Board you know who you are keep your chin up. Check out the other boards you may find your board soul mate I know I sure did.

Well I will write more before I go in.

My Story

I am a wife to a wonderful man who is in the United States Army for the past 18 years we have four kids between us two boys and two girls one girl and one boy who are 19 and one girl and one boy who are 17 yes all the same age I am sending the last two off to college in June man two in one shot its like having twins twice. But we will then be done. I have not been over weight all my life but 19 years ago I had my daughter and I have struggled very hard with my weight every since. I Even joined the Army thinking that if I exercise every day I should have no problem, That worked only through basic training as when you get out of training the exercise isn't that hard. So the pounds started coming back full force. So I got out of the Army and then whoooah one day I looked in the mirror and said who in the hell is that! ( I knew it wasn't over night).

So being Married and not as active and eating of course has brought me to this place.

Here I am!
