6/28/08- What did I pass? The Jazzercise movement screening!

I am now a trainee in the 5 month Jazzercise Aerobic Instructor training program! I have to get CPR certified, Pass the health and Fitness written exam, and be able to teach 10 songs which comprise a 1 hour class!
The workshop is in December and I am thrilled!

I have already learned one song....so I am well on my way!

The best part.....The lady that graded me didn't know I had Gastric Bypass! She didn't know that I was once so morbidly obese that I could barely move!
This makes me so proud that I did this on my OWN and not because of what I have overcome to get to this moment in time.

That is awesome!!! I used to love Jazzercise with co-workers at my old job. Wish there was one near me now. Keep up the good work! -Donna
