Thoughts about WOW moments!

07/14/2008- Yes, I went on vacation in Florida and had several WOW moments! It is so funny the things that WERE normal to me and no longer apply! Like.....whenI got on the plane I didn't have to walk down the aisle sideways, I had plenty of seatbelt to spare, and I could put the tray table down without my stomach blocking it! Also, going to the beach was actually fun! I didn't have people looking at me with sad or amused eyes, I didn't leave a huge belly imprint in the sand when I laid out, or had to wait an hour for my huge swimsuit with skirt dry out! I sometimes am shocked that this is no longer my life anymore. I don't know why but I am not used to my new body yet but when I realize that these things will never happen again....I have that "WOW" moment again! I smile, take a big breath, and exhale. Wow! What a crazy ride the last two years have been!
