Hi,
Well this past weekend my daughter and I were playing wii fit. I got the game back in august and for those who may not know, the board weighs you and determines your BMI yadda, yadda, yadda. Anywho, I haven't done a fit assessment since I got it. So I did it and you could have knocked me over with a feather. I'll be damned if I didn't gain about 12lbs. It was depressing for a moment but then I really had to give myself a little tough love. Since I started the 6 month pre approval process 3 months ago, I haven't done one thing. No exercise and I've been eating whatever I wanted. I've seriously just been sitting on my ass and waiting for the surgery. NO MORE.
As of today I am start a regular exercise regiment and I'm cutting back on all of my indulgences. This morning when I woke up I did 10 crunches lol (gotta start somewhere). I ate oatmeal & a banana for breakfast as opposed to egg & cheese on a roll w/jelly (yeah I said it jelly). lol
If nothing else I want to loose the 12lbs. that I put on. But in reality I want to get into and look good in this Baby phat dress that I have my eye on for my cruise in February.
I'm gonna try to figure out how to put a ticker on my page so that I can track my progress.
