Pre-op diet
on February 10, 2010 3:15 pm
I started my pre-op diet of 4 shakes and 1 meal on Monday and I am very light headed, cannot concentrate at work  and I have a headache. I am also very hungry. I am hoping that Once I have the surgery, I will not be so hungry and light headed.
