3 mths after surgery & i feel great down 45 lbs. I am just so thankful for given this second chance @ life.

Im back on July 28, 2008 3:39 pm Finally found a hospital that accepts my insurance, Harlem Hosp. They gave an appt for 08/08/08 where they will review my medical records & hopefully if all is well would mean i won't have to start over. Wish me luck

Finally on July 16, 2008 3:31 pm Guys i feel so depressed,after 2 weeks struggling to get my medicaid back up... I call the p.a gave her the information & was waiting for a call back with my surgery date instead i was hit with the surprise that Coney Island Hospital will no longer be performing the surgery period. Which now leaves me looking for a hospital that accepts my hmo.

on June 24, 2008 12:00 am I recieved a call today from P.A Alla & which announced not such good news. My insurance (medicaid) has been cut off. She told me I only have a few days to get the issue resolved or they would have to push the surgery date to september. So guys wish me luck . I hope something could be resolved. My Story Hello, Everyone My name is Jennifer. I am 23 yrs old at my highest weight 238lbs ht 5ft tall. I am currently going threw my medical appts to get my surgery date for gastric by pass. Perhaps some of you my wonder why someone so young like me will choose to have the surgery & has given up dieting ? Well the reason for this is because dieting now has become my second job from which i get no result. I have been obese all of my life. Always felt left out. Could never just be a normal person all because of my wieght. The main reason behind my decision is that since I had my beautiful child Madison Jedeilyn I no longer feel healthy.When i walk,just playing with my daughter puts me out of breath. I have become seriously scared of getting diabetes.
