Reach My Goal Weight By My 1 Year Anniversary

Hi! My name is Irene.
I've been battling with my weight since I can remember. I've done plenty of diets and weight loss programs to lose some of the weight and then gain it all back plus a few more.
I’m tired! I’m tired of spending my money in pills, shakes, programs and getting no where. I’m tired of starting a "diet" every Monday. I’m emotionally and spiritually drained!!!
And after years of considering, I've made up my mind:: I want WLS!!!

Preferably a sleeve gastrectomy. So I need all the support I can get. HELP!! 

I've seen a lot of impressive and motivational profiles and I HOPE to become one!!!
