Hello Family

Here it is 19 days after my (new) birthday and I am still a little scared because other than eating and drinking differently I don't feel different. I mean I am sleeping well,walking at least three miles a day. I don't know why but I expected to feel differently energy levels down. I have had one bout of sickness because I didn't take my time eating and it got stuck. Now don't get me wrong I feel a huge difference when I am parched I want to gulp my water and I know I can't and that pisses me off because it seems like I want more and more. I am soooo tired of liquids but I am kind of scared to mess with any thing else. Thanks for letting me vent.

On a good note I go back for my check up on Monday the 28th and I hope that I am meeting the goal that Dr.V has for me. I will keep you posted.

Take your time lady, you did have major surgery. I can't believe your doing 3 miles, that's awesome. You keep that up & you will feel the change.
