I know it's been a while....

Well I am happy to say that I can now get weighed on the little girl's scale it's sad when the 350 pound scale is the little girls scale. I have been walking getting all the vitamins in and extra protein. I still see no difference but everyone else can see it. I am so proud becase I have  wonderful daughters that dig in my ass if I try to go off program. I have the very best friend in the world that helps me when my daughters are not around thanks fngrs132 I could have never made it without you and GOD. I would like to reach out to anyone that comes across this post to know that I am here just drop me a line....
