June 13th...It has been 6 months today and I am at 99 pds. My goal was to reach 100 and I missed it by 1 pds:( I have been up and down the same 2 to 3 pds now for a week or so....come on 100...I am WAITING!!!!

What does this mean..since June I have only lost 17 pds. I need to get my butt in gear and not "pick" and get a excersice routine.
*it is now March and I am just not losing at all..I can not get out of the set of numbers I am in! I have joined a gym and going 3 to 4 times a week. I know I have a problem with PICKING but I am getting much better... I just realized in a YEAR I have only lost another 39 pds!! HELP!!!
*My next mini goal is -125 by Dec 13, 2007
