The Beginning

Hi all.....Just a little background.  It seems as I read the blogs and experiences that I am one of the older people to start this process.  I am 54, 6 feet tall and weighed at the start of this 344lbs.  I suffer from sleep apnea, type II diabetes, acid reflux, depression, and I have only one kidney due to cancer.  I have been trying to get approved for surgery since June of '08. 

Well that's the background....now the good stuff!  I have a surgery date of 04/16/09 and I am SO READY!!  I dropped almost 20lbs on the pre-op diet, and to show how ready, or crazy, I am, I actually started the diet BEFORE I had to....

6 DAYS TO GO!!!!!!!!!
