A year has come and gone...  I have been as low as 184 and now am about 190.  It si a comfortable weight and I am okay with it.  With all the events of the past two months Easter, Son's retirement, family reunion...  I'm sure I'll be down to the 180s again soon...  Oh yeah, those 34 waist pants...  I'm wearing them now....  Awesome!
