    Asalam Alaikom Ya Ukhti! Hope all is well with u inshallah. Alhamdulillah the LD is going better. I got some protien and that helped so much. It makes me feel full. Ive lost 6 pounds since last monday. Im hoping to lost about 5 more before surgery to be under 300. Take care and talk to u soon inshallah! Barak Allahu feeky
