It seems that I have been lurking here on OH forever.  I read and read and start to get excited about the possibility that I can get surgery and get a life.  But I get frustrated or ashamed or scared or something and back away.  I still don't know if I can go through this, but I hope I can.   We still don't know what the insurance will do for  me, but it's looking hopeful.  I have to get a doctors approval and some sort of diet records.  But then maybe I too can become a 'loser' .  It seems that there is so much to learn about the surgery, diets, supplements, post=op problems.  It's like I read something new every day.
