Hello everyone, I'm new to the this site and I'm excited about possibly starting a new chapter in my life. I would like to know if there is anyone out there that has BCBS Federal and was able to get approval for the sleeve? I have heard several different things I would like some guidance. I had my initial evaluation this week and was told that BCBS fed did not cover it but I was told by the BCBS customer service rep that it requires medical review and medical necessity. I would like to know if anyone out there has had sucess. Thanks
