Surgeon Testimonial Paul Kemmeter, MD Dr. Kemmeter was very professional but warm. He thoroughly answered all questions I asked. I had difficulty with a gastric leak after surgery and Dr. Kemmeter was incredible with my care. He helped my family through this difficult time and still periodically checks in on me by phone. He is a christian and prayed with me and my family and continued prayers until I had fully recovered. He has excellent bedside manner and I would recommend him to everybody. Hi Jackie! I am from Greenville as well and I used to work at Blodgett on the Bariatric Unit as a Registered Nurse. After seeing the numerous successful people, such as yourself, I am trying to have the surgery as well. Can I ask why you went with the duodenal switch instead of the roux-en-y?
