A little overwhelmed...

I am home today for my first full day.... I have so much info, books and papers and pamplets and websites that all say the same thing, just a slightly different version. And what exactly is the scientific measurement of a 'heaping scoopful'? I CAN'T physically drink 2 heaping scoopfuls and 8 oz of water.... so for today, and perhaps tomorrow, I'm not going to worry about the exact amount of protein I'm getting in... just make sure that I'm getting some in, mix some here, mix some there, and the vitamins, and of course the liquids... Being that I'm feeling, still, like a very sharp object is being jammed in my side everytime I move, that is about all I can handle. Minus that pain, everything else seems to be working... LOL.
