So Bad at the is Updating Thing!
on May 4, 2008 10:04 am
Well I am almost 8 months post op!  I must admit I am LOVIN" IT!!!!!  Having this surgery was one of the best things I have ever done for myself!  I feel amazing, have more energy than I have had in years and best of all I feel good about myself!  I do need to work on the the exercise aspect of this new life.  I have started working out after work twice a week with some of the girls but I need to add it in on the days we don't work out.  I find it hard balancing everything in my life.  Being a single mom I feel 4-8 is my son's time and after that the only way I can work out is to go on the treadmill or do a work out video.  I guess that is going to have to be the focus for May!  I want to work out at least 4 times a week!

About Time
on December 17, 2007 10:49 am
I figure it is about time I work on my profile.  I have an unexpected day at home as my son woke up sick this morning.   No day home for him and no work for me!

Well I am just over 3 months out and what a ride it has been!  I am down 65 pounds as of this morning and could not be happier.  The weight loss is slowing but I will take evey pound I get.

I have been very lucky so far and have had no complications.  I have had very few episodes of vomitting as well.  The one food that makes me throw up is turkey bacon of all things???!!!

I love life!  Just wish I was not so tired between 5-7 pm.
