Hey guys...my surgery went great...no problems.....dr didn't remove my gallbladder because he had to repair a hiatal hernia that I didn't know that I had!!

I have lost 13 pounds since surgery. Haven't been walking as much....really really hot outside and humid here in Arkansas! I've walked around the inside of my house some, but not as much as I should!!

No soreness last 2 days since July 11!!! I think I am coming around the bend to goodness! lol

 Guys!!! I've been approved!!!!! On day 5 of the liquid diet that I have to be on for 2 weeks......almost 1/2 way there!!! Surgery is July 11 and I'm nervous but soooo happy! :)

I am having the worst time with insurance. There are so many hoops you have to jump to get this covered. It keeps changing. Now because of some new dr diet forms, my surgery has been postponed until July! I was so close.

I am very disappointed and stress eating because of it........really bad!

Any tips?

Ok guys...I need your help.
My initial surgeon appointment is May 22. I was told about 4 weeks after that would be the surgery day.

What are the most important things to have in the hospital? What do you wish you would have had or couldn't live without while you were in the hospital?
