John W. Baker M.D.
Fantastic and very thorough! So glad I had Dr. Baker. When I need my gallbladder out...I will make sure he is the one to do it!!! He is awesome and visited me 2 times in the hospital which I didn't expect! Great dr!

Well....I feel completely alone now
on January 11, 2012 3:21 pm
 Alone

Alone. That is how I feel in my marriage now. A couple of weeks ago we were grocery shopping and my back started hurting really really bad. My husband tells me to take the kids and go to the car. I get to the car and I can't move my legs to sit completely in the car. To make a long story shorter, he told me he supports me 100% in this surgery because he does not want me to be in pain anymore. That was until we went to the Bariatric Seminar given by my future surgeon last night.

He had the sour look like he just ate limes or lemons ALL NIGHT!
He has complained and complained since then. He said the thing that he knows upsets me, because my sister asked me the same thing. "If you eat healthy and exercise like you are going to have to do after the surgery, why can't you do it and not have the surgery?" WTH!?

I have had it! I can't even look at him. He knows I am pissed but seems to have forgotten about it today and keeps asking me what is wrong. What a jerk!

He said he is "terrified" of this surgery. I yell back saying, "you are not having the surgery!"

He keeps saying how he supports me 100% no matter what. Well....I say bullshit.
Any advice?
