 We are going Glow in the dark bowling again today at Fleetway from 3-6pm
(720 Proudfoot lane London Ont)  

Everybody pays for themselves, I look forward to seeing you all there !!!

Also a NEW London Support Group for weight loss patients or people thinking about weight loss surgery will hold their first meeting in London Feb 28 (the last Sunday of every month) 1-3pm at 311 Oakland ave The Royal Canadian Legion.  Coffee is available for sale by the Legion.   For details please visit www.owlssg.com
