SORRY IT'S BEEN A WHILE

I have been so busy I had my sister visit from florida and alot of other things.. Well goon news first I', down to 187lbs and looking great in my size 12 jeans yes i said it size 12 there a bit tight but sexy.... lol
I am so happy with everything now my life my weight loss... I posted new pix check them out!!!

GOING FOR ANOTHER FILL

I guess my band holds to many cc's because I am on my way thursday for another fill I hope I get good restriction with this one....
**Update**
I have been working out daily with Jillian Michael Biggest Winner and going to the gym 4 times a week and I am down 201-203 on any given day.... The work outs are a big part of my loosing now if only i could get my band to work with me as well...

I feel a bit a a bifference now I can feel when I belive I should stop eating... Now I know that I can work with this... At the Doctors yesterday I weighted in at 207.5 so it's working...
