My "surgiversary" is here!! March 20,2007 was the day! I had my "wls" and 3/20/08 makes it a whole year!! It's flown by so fast. Where do I even start??
Higest weight- 354lbs.
Day of Surgery- 341lbs.
Current weight- 222lbs.
1st Goal- 190lbs.(trying to get there asap)!!
Total "wl" is -132lbs.& since surgery -119lbs.
Can You say Wow!! now say it again!! WOW!!!
I'am smiling from ear to ear!! & Thank You God for everything!!

Check out some of my new pics. It's been hard for me to get used to the "alien" person who happens to be Me!! when I see myself in pics? However I do like the photo's that I've put on my profile. For whatever the reasons, I got really nervous leading up to the big "surgiversary" day & date and I wanted to loose more weight? but I didn't lose as much as I could have if I'd really tried?? it was too much presure for me!! so I was not able to stay really focused and I blew it? however I did lose a few pounds & that's better than nothing & or gaining!! so all is Well!! So for you "newbies" & oldies like myself now huh? after being post-op for a YEAR!! Don't be so hard on your selves and take this "journey" one day, & one Pound at a time, & Yes there are those days when it's really hard!! to stay focused and make the right food choice's and Excercise!! it's hard to do all those things some times, but in the end it is it all worth it?? & would I do this again??? You bet I would!! I'm still pushing for the frist goal I have 32lbs to go!!! Pray for Me & cheer!! me on As I cheer for us All!!
