Doing really well

WOW since my last Friday appointment I have lost another 3 pounds. I can't believe how fast its coming off. The extra exercise makes a big difference.

What a difference the Scale makes

I was in Dr McKeen's office yesterday and now I am down a total of 45 pounds. I can't believe it! Things are really starting to come together and I am feeling great. My husband and I are working on our communication skills and thats going well also. For the first time I walked into a store and bought a really cute pair of capri's and man that felt good. Things are just getting better as the weight comes off.
