I'M DOWN 288LBS.AND I SLEEP SO MUCH BETTER, I WORK OUT IN THE AFTERNOON, I WALK A MILE A DAY, SOME DAYS I'T'S VERY HARD.. EVERY SATURDAY MORNING MY HUSBAND & I WALK 2 MILES. IT GOES BY REALLY QUICK , MAYBE BECAUSE WE WALK & TALK... WELL SO FAR I'M ...DOWN 1 PANTS SIZE & DOWN 1 SHIRT SIZE...
