Hi, everyone!  I just passed my two year surgiversary!  I have lost 103lbs and feel great!  Have been stuck at around 178 for quite awhile. I have really been satisfied with my current weight, feeling soooooooooo much better than I have had in a long time.  However, I am ready to make some more progress toward my goal of reaching 165 lbs.  I need to up my exercise and watch my snacking in order to make the numbers on the scale move.  Sooooo, I need to set some concrete, realistic goals for myself.  Hmmmm, gotta think about that some more!

Hi, everyone!  Been awhile since I've posted but have been lurking here and there...  My wt. loss has been bouncing between 178 and 173 for the past few months...Still over a 100 lb wt loss, tho.  I am really happy about that! :O)  But would like to achieve my goal of getting to 150 lbs.  I know I have to stick to the basics and try to do that most days but do have those moments of snack attacks!  I still can't eat much at meals but can eat LOTS of snacks, darn it!  Oh well, I'm trying to make my food choices count...check in with you later!

 I started the 5 day pouch test last week and made it the first two days, all liquids.  Wasn't very prepared for the rest of the days, so it fell apart.  Plan to go again next Monday, maybe with some folks from the July, 2007 MB.  I did loose 3lbs with the test, although loosing wt isn't the goal on it.  I did notice feeling full sooner than I have been though.  Anyway, going to 2 weddings ( niece and nephew's) this weekend...looking forward to being with my family.  Especially after loosing my sister and uncle this summer.  Have a great day to you all!  Jean

Started the 5 day pouch test on Monday and am down 5.5lbs to my new low of 173.7lbs!!!  Just broke down and had a small piece of choc cake...what is that going to do for my carb cravings!  Oh NO!

 I think I've finally gotten back on track with a wt loss of 2.5lbs last week!  Wooo Hoooo!  I was more active this weekend which really seemed to make the difference...no brainer there, I guess!   I'm really trying to make better and better choices, especially when I'm feeling the need to treat/pamper/reward/nurture myself.  One year surgiversary coming up fast!  Gotta make an appt to get my labs done!  See Yaaaaa!
