I lost..........

Hello All,

Im down 45lbs,,woohoo,I am so very happy to have done this,altho some days are harder then others.Since being on stage 3 diet (since March 17)everything on the list EXCEPT the egg salad,hasn't set well!
Moist turkey,chicken etc..having a very hard time processing them,it makes all this very frustrating.

I am so tired of egg salad,and the many new ways Ive learned to prepare it.......!

I know this takes time,and I have a new stomache etc...even thru it all 45 lbs gone for good,and NOT coming back!!
