Dr. Wetter was very informative and helpful. I did not feel rushed one bit and the office staff were wonderful. Seems to have an amazing bedside manner and I look forward to getting to know him and his staff better in this process. We talked about the risks and his track record, he was very honest and open with me which was nice. I can tell he is a straight shooter but is not even a little abrasive about it which is nice.

***UPDATE***
I had my VSG on the 27th! Amazing doctor, I really felt like he explained everything every step of the way. Was very understanding and helpful. His office staff are amazing as well. I loved the hospital too. Mills-Penensula. The nurses were all very nice and caring. Even though he was a little far away for me, it was well worth the drive!!! I feel very lucky to have worked with such an amazing group of people!

A month out

So, I am a little over month out and 25 pounds down! Fucking loving life baby! I thought I would miss food way more than I do. Food is an after thought now, and that is so nice. Let's see whats changed in a month. Umm, not a lot really. It's not that this surgery is not life changing it is but the kids are still wild kids and the hubby is pretty much glued to the computer again so ya. Its fucking amazing. Maybe it was all the overtime that Roger worked this week that made me such a nasty little crab. The highlight of my week? Oh, sit down and prepare yourself for this one: Max took off his diaper while no one was looking and rubbed his naked poppy ass all over my bright red couch. Amazing eh? And to top it off the cushions do not come off to be washed… FUCK MY LIFE. On the upside, my jeans are all just falling off and I have packed them all up to give away! WOoo Wooo Its really hard not to go shopping, I mean like killer.

I am going to Vegas at the end of the month and I want nothing more than to buy some killer/trampy outfits but if they are only going to fit for a month or two it seems pretty silly :( Any suggestions friends? I am hoping this trip is not just one big fight with my sister, its looking that way. She is turing 21 and acts like her birthday is the reason for the trip, so she should plan everything ?!?!?! I go once a quarter, it has nothing to do with her! And to top it off she's having a little bitch fit that I wont drink with her…Hello Ill only be two fucking months out!   UGH  I told her if she pays for my trip Ill do anything her fat ass desires… and we all know that wont be happening on her minimum wage salary! So I will just enjoy my water and roulette! And the occasional old man who stops by to chat up my 70 year old Aunt. Damn that old bitty gets more fucking play than I ever have! Amazing! I'm super excited to see her, she is my best friend in the whole world and I haven't seen her since before surgery! She is my biggest supporter in this journey and no matter where I am, when I with her I always feel like I'm home. I guess she IS home :)

Well, now to enjoy the weekend… I guess. I am currently on a shoe bender… I am trying to resist but not being able to buy clothes is killing me… so shoes and necklaces are becoming are quickly becoming a integral part of my day to day life…
