Update

I'm on a water pill and two blood pressure pills, I eat an extremely low sodium diet, yet I still wake up every morning and go to bed every evening swollen and hot. My hands feel like I ran them under hot water or set them on a furnace and it hurts. I'm not sure what else I can do to get rid of the swelling but it is so bad it's painful. I am weighing in at 198.8 but that usually goes down some as the swelling goes down through out the day. Very rarely am I one of those people that their morning weight is their lightest of the day. After I drink my second cup of coffee is usually when I weigh the least. I don't know if I'm not drinking enough or what's going on but how can I know what I really weigh when I'm carrying water weight with me? 

I have been doing well eating clean. I do not eat processed foods and am maintaining a well balanced diet. I eat salad every day either for lunch or with dinner. I tend to eat an egg or some cream of wheat without sugar for breakfast, and some kind of meat from the butcher for dinner. I'm eating much more fruit and nuts. My favorite is the cocoa almonds found in 1 lb bags at Giant Eagle or other stores that carry such large bags. (only $7) I also borrowed/ took over my mother-in-laws dehydrator and have been drying fruit from the fruit market. Yum. I don't know which I like more, the dried or fresh fruit.

I'm still having trouble with my back, making it difficult to exercise but I'm trying to make my cleaning routine more laborious by doing lunges while sweeping the floors, instead of bending over I do squats when I pick something up, and I stay on my feet for several hours, finding extra stuff that doesn't need cleaned like walls every day and moving furniture. On my big cleaning days like yesterday I clean for around 5 or 6 hours. I'm paying for it today but I have to strengthen up if I want this pain to go away. I'm sitting in front of the computer less and moving more. I think yesterday I burned around 800 calories cleaning. Not to bad for a day especially since I only ate 653 calories. Lol. Now don't pat me on the back because that isn't the norm. I usually stick to between 1000-1200 but yesterday was a blah day.

I'm noticing changes in how my body looks. My sides go in now instead of being straight up and down; however, my belly looks almost pregnant. I'm not sure how I'm losing weight the way that I am but I have a feeling my belly is going to give me trouble. Of course I have the belly button indent as well from being an 80's child where tight jeans were all the rage and coming to my belly button I now have a permanent muffin top. My doctor has been out of town So I'm not sure what other exercising I can safely do. I will call him next week and talk to him, hopefully.

So that's my update. Still the same weight as far as i know and very slowly losing.
