WOW!! I can't believe it's finally here. It seems like just yesterday it was 40 days until surgery. Now here I am 23 hours away. I am so excited. I have lost 42 pounds pre-op and I am very proud of myself. I put on a shirt this morning to go and work out and my husband commented on how big the shirt was on me. He said he can already see a difference. Yesterday at church my husband, Andy, and I went and prayed together. Since then, I have a complete peace about the whole surgery. At one time I had a little bit of nervousness, but since praying with Andy, I feel peaceful and excited.

I can't wait to see the new me. I want to feel better, be healthier and of course looking better is always a plus. I have been so overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from my family here at OH, especially my Angel, Tanya. All of the encouragement, comments and advice has been more then I ever imagined when I joined up with OH.

I have lots to get done today in preperation for leaving for Houston so I better get to it. I will post again in the morning prior to surgery. SO EXCITED!!

Four days until surgery and I am both excited and getting a little nervous. I have been on liquids for 11 days now and it is not nearly as bad as I had imagined it to be. I have lost 7 pounds this week and I am SO excited. So far I have lost 42 pounds pre-op. I am REALLY proud of myself. Tanya is my new OH Angel and I am beyond excited about that. She is a wealth of knowlede and such a help to me. I can't wait to being the journey to a new me.
