I am now at the weight I was when the Air Force put me on the weight program.  I was 15 lbs over their standards.  I have never been so happy to reach the weight that the Air Force considers me fat.

9 wk Update

It has been awhile since I've updated.  It has been 9 wks since surgery, and everything is still going great.  I had a little trouble with my incision not healing correctly due to a troublesome stitch.  Dr W had to re-open the spot and let it heal from the inside out, but it is healed now.  I was a little disappointed because I wanted to go swimming during our Thanksgiving vacation.  We went to Branson, Mo, and had a wonderful time.  I think it was the best vacation we've ever had.  I was so proud of myself.  We went on a walk-through cave tour.  It was an hour long and lots of going up and down.
