    Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. Slow and steady

Well my weight is coming off...But VERY slow. I have lost 52 lbs now. I keep getting stuck. I lose about 1 lb a week or every other week. I hope to get a little more weight off by summer. Will see. Diet is doing good. I am finally able to eat a little bread and chicken. Took for ever..
