I created a list of things I want to do when I lose weight.
1) Run a short marathon
2) Teach an aerobics class
3) Wear a swimsuit and feel proud
4) Shop at Victoria Secret and actually buy something for myself
5) Get a new wardrobe by shopping in stores besides Lane Bryant
6) Fit comfortably in any chair
7) Feel like I'm one of the girls when I'm with my friends
8) Take a romantic trip to a tropical island with my husband

To be continued (I'm sure)....

Right now, I'm anticipating the liquid diet...yep, that's right,  I said anticipating.  I start my liquid diet on March 26 and it can't come soon enough.  I have been in a "last supper" stage for a few weeks and have faced food with total disregard of nutritious value.  I have a mental list of all the foods I want to eat and have been checking them off one by one (chinese buffet - check, cheeseburger and fries - check, pizza and breadsticks - check, nachos - check, etc.)  My guilt is expanding as fast as my waistline.  It's awful!  I've also been unmotivated to work out.  I'm ready for the weather to improve so I can change things in my workout a bit - I want to go for walks, be outside.  But of course, I woke up this morning to flurries - YUCK!    I'll report back in a couple of weeks when I'm drinking only liquids.  I'm sure by then I'll be wishing for food.  The grass is always greener...  Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
