Surgeon consultation

Hello All

I hope everything is going well for you guys, I just wanted to post an update.

Although I am still in the 6mnth insurance requirement. I am schedule to get my first consultation with my surgeon and also my first psych visit with a psycologist.  Looking forward to these visits on tomorrow.

I will keep you guys posted.

Hello all - Welcome to my post

I have been visiting this site for quite sometime and today I finally joined. I started my 6 month program and look forward to surgery sometime this year. I have gathered tons of information from you guys and it is for certain a great site.

I do still wonder about things like going to dinner with my family post surgery
I feel good about the portion control but will I still be able to eat certain meats

I appreciate your encouragement and feedback
