30% carbs = 390 calories divided by 4 calories per gram = 97.5 grams
30% fat = 390 calories dividied by 9 calories per gram = 43.3 grams
40% protein = 520 calories divided by 4 calories per gram = 130 grams
Hmm my story. Well lets seeI was a very thin child, then my parents got divorced and then puberty hit. I turned to food for comfort and entertainment. I loved to cook and everyone was always so impressed that food became a way to get love and attention too. As I got older I got married and had a baby, one week later my Dr. put me on the noraplant to keep me from getting pregnant again right away. My poor body never had a chance too lose the pregnancy weight. I also had a case of body dismorphia... I really didn't see how big I had gotten till it was to late. I tried lots of different diets but never could stick with them long enough to get to goal weight and then I would gain it all back.
I am determined that this time I will be successful.
