2 week visit

Well... Today will be the two week post op visit... No major complaints since last update but a few thoughts for sure. I am not regretting the surgery but not having a car or something to do on the overcast days is a downer and my car is currently being used by my mother while i am home because hers is in the shop. I know shopping isnt a great habit to get into but its better than staring at the fridge every 15 minutes hoping the contents will change.  I am moving into the pureed stages, which both makes me happy and well pretty much mostly happy. 

The only minor complaint i have is my scars are itchy and a bit sore which is fine but a tad uncomfortable. I also had minor digestive issues where i felt a bit "backed up" to put it as delicately as possible but nothing a cup of coffee didnt clear up. ;) 

On a completely seperate note i am so excited to have haddock and mashed veggies i may tear up as i make them, flavors that were so lacking in the first two weeks. I alsom not however excited to return to work... It will nice to be off for a bit. I will enjoy having something to do than netflix and web surf and walk the dog and read but i will miss all of those things mentioned. My job is draining and job hunting in my area is like trying to fish in an inground pool. My job pays nicely and the boss is nice even if i want to slap all my coworkers. I plan on looking for colleges maybe go back for something after i pay on the loans, hospital bills, and things i have now. 

Anyhow i will try to update here once a week to just keep up with myself and hopefully all goes well at the visit today.
