Well this a New Year 2008 and it is a cold night in January. I have made a few changes on my profile section. I lost my music video. But I will try this new music website it has taken a while to figure it out but with some good help from a friend I think I might have it down now. These are several of my favorite tunes I enjoy listening to. You can just click on if you like. It will start automatically.
Well let me get to updating my profile section.

Well I would like to say that OH magazine did a nice story about me in my weight loss journey it is in the January 2008 issue. And it was a honor to be included with Cathy W. She has been very supportive toward me and the other support group leaders.

MY MUSIC BELOW

Well just a note to anybody who reads any of the profile. I added the music to my story section. I have uploaded music then I lost my story in that section the same thing happen last night. But now there is all that mumble jumble in that space. Until I can figure it out it will be there. So hopefully I can get my story edited back to the right place. The music starts automaticity. You can just click onto another track if you like.

New Year 2008

Well it is a New Year 2008. I'm going to use a different color I'll try green to keep my journey going. I don't if this blog thing is suppose to be updated every day or once a week or just whenever. I'll go with the latter whenever.
Well I did survive all of my Santa stop this year did over 25 of them.
My weight is staying the same just around 200 pds. Remember I started at 330pds.
Hopefully I will get rid of 10 more pds.
I now have my own weight loss support group online through Obesity Help. I hope I can meet the expectations of everybody involved. Well will come back at a later date.

Update For December

Well has been a while since I have did a blog update. Don't blog very often but I did do a short profile update. Still staying involved with our local support group. Well time to go for now. I will return at a later date have a nice Christmas and a good New Years.

Well just an update just finished my profile update nothing really happening here been 2 years since my surgery and doing good. Been going to Ogallaga for a brief talk about support after surgery. And our support meeting have been doing good and so far the summer has been good to me. Well until next time. jimmy
