Well this a New Year 2008 and it is a cold night in January. I have made a few changes on my profile section. I lost my music video. But I will try this new music website it has taken a while to figure it out but with some good help from a friend I think I might have it down now. These are several of my favorite tunes I enjoy listening to. You can just click on if you like. It will start automatically.
Well let me get to updating my profile section.

March Blog update

Well where has time gone I see I missed the month of Febuary for my blog update must of been a boring month. Well March is here so here goes. Winter has come and left and not soon enough. Finally spring has sprung and the tulips are staring to bloom. We are doing good with our local support group the attendence is around 20 a month with support memebers coming to help support us. I will be helping out in Ogallaga Ne. with the Dr. consult with the future patients talking about support groups. In April I will go to Irvine Ca. for the OH National Conference. Well I hope somebody reads this and just finished sending out my hellos to all of my friends on my friends list. Well till next month be good.

January Update for 2007

Well I look on the calender and it has been a month since I updated by blog. If I understand this blog stuff we are suppose to do it everyday or so. Well I don't have that much to blog about. But here goes. Well I was impressed with the sending of the Christmas cards to my new WLS friends. I think I didn't get 2 back so that wasn't a bad average. I might surprize all of them with a Valentine card. Well ole Santa SimmonS had a busy year again. Did 15 visits on Christmas Eve. plus a lot more before the 24th. We have some cold weather lately. And I have decided to attend a OBESITY HELP National Conference in Irvine Ca. in April. Well Donna and I both to go the Doctor next week for a checkup hope to lose a pound or so. Well time to go for now. Just out of curiosity I wonder if anyybody read this blog. If you have leave a note.

December update

Well one month has past since I made a post so I better get busy I make something up. Well the Christmas season is here and going fast I have been busy doing my favorite thing playing SANTA it has been rewarding so far but EVERYBODY says I look to skinny mostly adults the kids really don't care as long as they get a gift. I have hit a roadblock weight is going slow but I'am still very positve. On December 5th. 06. We had a guest speaker at our support group and he was Mr. Patrick Deuel (Half Ton Man). Pat was a great speaker and has one heck of a journey in WLS surgery. Well time to go check my Santa list and make sure the elves are working and not playing Playstation. Well today is the 15th. of November everything is going good for me. Had a good weekend and journey is going good. Well I'am gonna try to send all the friends on my list a note and see how everthing is going hhopefully one of these days it will take me all days to send a note to everyone. Probally never will happened (LOL). So here goes note will start coming shortly.
