New Year 2008

Well it is a New Year 2008. I'm going to use a different color I'll try green to keep my journey going. I don't if this blog thing is suppose to be updated every day or once a week or just whenever. I'll go with the latter whenever.
Well I did survive all of my Santa stop this year did over 25 of them.
My weight is staying the same just around 200 pds. Remember I started at 330pds.
Hopefully I will get rid of 10 more pds.
I now have my own weight loss support group online through Obesity Help. I hope I can meet the expectations of everybody involved. Well will come back at a later date.

YOUR STILL DOING GOOD IF YOUR STILL DOWN 130LBS. HANG IN THERE THOSE 10LBS WILL LEAVE!

IT'S 66 DEGREES HERE THAT's A LITTLE COOL TO ME. I COULDN'T MAKE IT IN THAT KIND OF WEATHER. I WOULD HAVE TO LIVE INSIDE. YOU WOULDN'T KNOW HOW TO ACT IN THIS KIND OF WEATHER WOULD YOU?
