HELP!!!!!

Ok so it's going to be 3 months post op on 11-11 i'm only down 15 lbs, the scale just dont seem to move....,HELP!!! I dont know what to do its so discouraging I dont understand how I can have weight loss surgery and still not lose weight?!?!?!? Any suggestions???
