    I read your story again and it makes me feel right at home. I have the same worries as well. I have had stomach pains this week and couldn't help but worry if it was more than the flu. Especially since I don't have health insurance anymore. You look fantastic. I am so proud of you. People like you are what help me get into the the gym and drinking my protein on those not so good days!

    Your page is very motivativing.....It is rare that I find somebody close to my age and close to where I live on this page. For some odd reason, that makes your story more real to me, who ridiculous is that??? I just had lapband at the beginning of this month.....your pictures are real, and I appreciate that:) Congrats on your journey-

    hey maybe you are being a little rough on yourself! I think you need to give yourself more time! The weight will start melting away anyday now!!! Just keep your head up!

life is good

last week wasa okay at work. i feel like the Lexapro might have just kicked in.

I feel very calm.

Although I am still dealing with all the trauma of childhood with my therapist, I'm going through the stages and I see light at the end of the tunnel. agh...never thought it would turn out the way it has.

So....we'll see what tomorrow brings.

well, i failed the 5 day pouch test after day 2 and a half.

and i had anxiety/panic attack last night after a horrific day a work.

how does one have an anxiety attack when they are on anxiety meds? AND have one after a glass of wine, a beer and a cigarette....yes.....that is what i said.

i am STILL a complete mess.

lots of thinking to do today.

5 day pouch test

ugh. just finishing day 2....and boy have i been HUNG-RIE! Damn!

Liquids are brutal. I cheated just a tad tonight and had some lettuce and a little piece of mozzerella cheese. cant wait til food again tomorrow. eggs, tuna, cottage cheese. ...yum.

but i dropped 4 pounds...so thats a plus. we'll see how the scale feels in the morning.

Relaxing weekend

meds are kicking in (i swear) and the BF and i went away on a nice loooog, relaxing weekend up to lake wallenpaupack. i slept like a log all weekend and we had so much fun. here's my favorite pic:
