Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
My weight has taken over my life, because I have tried just about ever diet out there. Hearing things like you have such a pretty face, my thought is why say anything at all. I was in a marriage where he would just knock me down all the time about my weight and then when I talked about having surgery he would scare me to the point where I would just forget about it. It has taken 4 years for me to find myself. Today I am in control

I just finished my  morning work-out, sometimes I feel like it's not working, I'm not loosing weight, but from what I have read this is normal.

Life is good, I have a hard time getting all the fluids in, protein isn't much of an issue, but water is.

I am trying new foods that I have found on this site, so far so good

Well it's been 20 days, and I feel wonderful....I am loosing about 1lb a day
I walk, lift weights and love seeing the results

I know i was suppose to wait till at least my doctor's appointment to weigh, that was my rule, but i couldn't wait
surgery was April 11 i am down 8lbs already

Tomorrow morning will be the start of my new life
at 3 pm today I am going to have a sub from Subway
I had 2 cups of coffee and for breakfast I had a wrap
with turkey bacon and cheese

I know for the rest of my life my food, drinks and life will be different
I have waited so long for this to happen

Today is almost over I am really happy about that....things are crazy since they took away my hormone pill
The night sweats is the worst for me, and I get mad fast...errrrr
I don't like feeling this way at all
well it won't be long
