Well it's been a couple of days now since getting out, which I was discharged on Thursday 4-24-08 , did come home with a little discomfort, pain level was around a  ( 5) only took pain meds the first night to sleep . as of today Monday 4-28-08 I step on the scale and it read 224lbs, not bad I guess for not even being 1 week, ...I have been doing my daily walks me and my dog, ( DIVA) we walk our 1 mile and today we are about  to ride my bike for a few miles, let's see if we can....... anyway thats it for now.........

Finally I posted pics... as I hate being in pictures.....and no I don't ever smile, at least thats what my kids say......count-down........April 22nd. 2008 ...

Well I finally went in for my pre-ops........done thank god, my blood presure was up alittle but Dr. Otero said no problem..........so April 22, 2008 @ 1:30pm my life will change forever......the only thing I'll miss......NOTHING..

Well finally my schedule date for surgery is set... April 22, 2008  after waiting so long, it's finally here....yeah........my family doesn't know yet, kinda what it to be a suprise.. my doctor is Dr. Fernando Otero M.D. the surgery will be peformed in Concord, Ca. @ John Muir Hospital...Im sooo happy, 3-24-08 I had a ENDOSCOPE, 4-1-08 I had a stress test, passed both thank god..I just wish my mom was alive to see me through this, she was always there for me when I needed her, I guess that  what moms do.....Ive been trying new protien drinks, and bars, I have been taking my calcium tablets now... yuck, but oh well could be worse I guess... anyway I will add more as I get closer. who knows maybe add a picture...........but can't promise that...
