Well it's 8-19-08 and I'm down a total of 67 lbs since going in 4-22-08 not bad, anyway I have now since joined the GYM and what a difference in energy, I'm up everyday at 4:30 am like clock work I'm at the gym by 5am till 6am my body fat has gone down and muscle has replaced the fat, nice arm I might add, funny thing is that now more people(woman) notice me more now and have been asked out, feels good because 4 months ago thoose woman would have never given me the time of day and now thev'e asked me out to dinner or coffee, so to that I say thank you DR. OTERO M.D couldn't have done it with-out you,..As for my personal life well that could be better, my domestic partner decided to have several affairs in the last 2 years and I finally found out the hard way, when she decided to move out in late JUNE 2008 so just trying to get my life in order and I'm putting myself out there in the "dating world" again hate it as I come to see that some woman are cheaters too as I was asked out by a "married woman" sorry can't do that... anyway that's it for now... my avitar is the lastest pic of me @ 176 lbs
