7 year anniversary

It has been 7 years since my Gastric Bypass...It has been a ride...I am maintaining at 130-135. My health is great..I eat regularly but have a sweet tooth. I still can not eat red onions or crushed red peper...Just kills me. I used to get sick and vomit if I ate too fast or got too full. Now I just sneeze....yes sneeze...
My goals now are to stay away from the oreos and excercise more...
