I had my tummy tuck and male breast reduction roughly 4 weeks ago. My tummy tuck pain is almost gone, how ever the pain from my male breast reduction is more persist. Everything is tender. And uncomfortable when it comes to wearing shirts. Anyone have

Hey everyone.

Mai I’m scheduled to have my tummy tuck after losing 110 pounds on June 14. And my question is, is it better to be in a chair/ recliner or propped up with pillows in bed for recovery?

I am having a tummy tuck in Februray, and I was wondering: what is recommended as far as food after the surgery? I'm not going to feel like cooking or anything like that.

How long after the weight loss surgery can I be consulted for skin removal surgery? I lost the weight and now I have skin hanging from my arms, chest and stomach area. I know I have results, I just cant really see it due to the skin

Hey everyone-

How much does the skin removal surgery costs? I'm coming up on my one year anniversary and I will be looking soon into the skin removal soon-probably October or November at least for consultations.

has any body used like a colan cleanse? Is it safe after the surgery? Not right after surgery, but like a few months after. I'm thinking about doing a cleanse.
