Day 9 of Protein Shakes

Yep, having a hard time not cheating on the protein diet. In the first week I lost 6lbs. Actually in the first 4 days I lost 6lbs and have not lost any since. It's frustrating and I'm wondering if it will be enough to satisfy my doctor. I think my body is in starvation mode!

Day 2 of protein shake diet

I am on day 2 of my protein shake diet and things are already better than yesterday! I am on a protein shake for breakfast, lunch and a snack and then supper of under 320 calories diet for 2 weeks pre-op gastric bypass. My wonderful friend Kylie has decided to do this protein shake diet with me for her own goals and also to keep help me through!
