Hey I'm Joanne originally from ny but have been living in gawga a very long time. After college and culinary school i had been a chef or general manager or owner of a restaurant my entire adult life until the last couple of years. Not until my late 30's was i not able to loose the weight that seemed to becoming easier and easier to gain.
So here i am mid 40's the same person i have always felt i was inside but the outside needs help.
I have a super loving Family and i really couldnt be much happier them i am. I just need and want to get back to the physical person i used to be. Although i still do many things i used to do just not as well and i hate that
My wake up call came on a beach in puerto rico after 5 yrs together my man and i got married and he is very athletic and the kids (his 2/my1=ours) wanted to go surfing and for the first time every i didnt do something because (even though i was the only one who had before) didnt think i physically could. So since january 2011 i have been on a quest to eat healthy and do what i could and so now i am on the cusp (waitig for approval) of another chapter of my life where i am the women i'm supossed to be
