WOW!!!!!!!! I dont know what to say but pat myself on the back.... I have gave myself this amazing gift we all have... We all have given ourselves an amazing gift... Been stressed about the ,000 in doctors bills but I pay per month on each one and thats all I can do... Got a gym membership cause my skin was starting to look like that 80 lbs was slowing me down and I cant believe the results... My arms dont say hello and goodbye at the same time (arm flub)... My goal is to be down to @ last 249 by December 31 st... I am at 275 today so 26 lbs... I am like the little engine that could... I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN...
