Dr Kirshenbaum performs lap-band only bariatric surgury. primarily cash-only patients. I came to him for the price (under 10k), but this does not lack in quality. He put me on a low-carb diet. OmG!!! relapse

im going the wrong direction!!!!  relapse time...  i gained 5 pounds since june 8th!!!!!
im not following the rules and ive gained a few pounds back! 
i know what to do...i need to get excercising again and quit eating around the band.

time for a big kick in my pants!!!!
